These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Go Curl Go, a trading name of Miriam Smith-Renieblas ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this website and/or booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Go Curl Go specializes in hairdressing and hair care services tailored to (but not limited to) clients with curly hair. Services include consultations, haircuts, treatments, styling, and other hair care solutions provided as a mobile service.

2. Booking Appointments

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or in person. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Consultation: For new clients, a consultation may be required before certain services to ensure proper assessment of your hair needs.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

    • For no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, an additional fee for fuel and expenses may apply.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date.

  • Company Cancellations:

    • In rare cases, Go Curl Go reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies). In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and deposits will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.

4. Late Arrivals

  • As Go Curl Go is a mobile hairdressing service, it is important that clients are available and prepared at the agreed location and time.

  • If you are not ready within 10 minutes of the agreed appointment time, the appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. In the case of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited, and an additional cancellation fee for fuel and expenses may apply.

  • Please ensure the location is accessible and suitable for the service (e.g., well-lit, with access to power and water if needed). Failure to provide an appropriate environment may result in the appointment being cancelled, with associated fees applied.

5. Service Adjustments and Refunds

  • We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your service.

    • If adjustments are required, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

    • Refunds are not provided for services rendered. Adjustments will be offered at the sole discretion of Go Curl Go.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information about their hair history (e.g., previous treatments, allergies, or sensitivities) to ensure safe and effective service.

  • It is the client's responsibility to follow aftercare instructions provided by their stylist.

7. Company Rights

  • Refusal of Service: Go Curl Go reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to update service pricing without prior notice.

  • Policy Updates: These Terms are subject to change at our discretion. Clients will be notified of significant updates.

8. Liability

Go Curl Go is not liable for any damage resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or prior treatments. While we use professional products and techniques, results may vary based on individual hair conditions.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service purposes, including managing your appointments, providing personalised hair care recommendations, and improving our services.
